We are currently looking for a compassionate and committed Female Community Care Worker to join our growing team, supporting individuals in their own homes within the community.

About the Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will support individuals to remain independent in their own homes. Your role will include:

• Supporting with personal care
• Assisting with daily living tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting with meals, hydration, and medication
• Encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve their goals
