Multi-Trade Plumber

Location: Camden, North London

Pay Rate: £23.49 per hour (Umbrella)

Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Contract: Temp to Permanent

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Camden and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation works within social housing properties.

Complete inspections and identify required remedial works.

Undertake multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and general maintenance tasks.

Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs within occupied and void properties.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records using mobile devices.

Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.

Proven experience working within social housing maintenance.

Multi-trade skills desirable.

Experience carrying out inspections and maintenance works.

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.What’s On Offer
