Multi-Trade Electrician

Location: Camden, North London

Pay Rate: £25.68 per hour (Umbrella)

Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Contract: Temp to Permanent

Benefits: Company Van Provided

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Electrician to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Camden and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician seeking long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation works within social housing properties.

Complete inspections and identify remedial works required.

Diagnose electrical faults and carry out effective repairs.

Undertake planned and reactive maintenance within occupied and void properties.

Carry out basic multi-trade repairs where required.

Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and company standards.

Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records using mobile devices.

Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

Experience working within social housing maintenance preferred.

Ability to carry out basic multi-trade works.

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.What’s On Offer
