Trades and Labour Temp

Enjoy an ongoing, self-employed role, working for a respected and well-established Social Housing Contractor. This Multi-Trade Operative role offers an initial 6-month contract with the chance of extended works.

You’ll be working for a major Social Housing Contractor in the Leicester area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Multi-Trade Operative.

I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Multi-Skill Operative or in a similar construction-related role.

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:

Carrying out basic general Carpentry, Plumbing, Patch Plastering and painting tasks

Performing heavy lifting duties

Working on Bathroom and Kitchen Projects in both tenanted and void propertiesI’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous multi-trading experience within the social housing sector

Basic DBS

Their own van

The ability to commute to and from site reliablyThe role is offering the following benefits:

Weekly pay (CIS payments available)

Long-term work

Fuel allowance (£10 - £15 per day)This role is offering £22 - £23 per hour.

Location & travel

Based in Leicester, this role requires you to have your own van, due to being at one – two properties per day.
