Hostess and Catering Staff – NHS Sites, South London

Location: NHS sites across South London

Hourly Rate: £14.00–£15.00 per hour

Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available

We are currently recruiting Hostess and Catering Staff to work across our NHS sites based in South London.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include:

* Serving meals, drinks and refreshments to patients, staff and visitors

* Assisting with meal preparation, plating and food service

* Taking patient meal orders where required

* Ensuring dietary requirements are followed correctly

* Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic catering and ward areas

* Delivering and collecting meal trays

* Providing a friendly and professional service at all times

* Following NHS site policies, food safety procedures, infection control and health and safety guidelines

Requirements

Candidates must have:

* Enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to complete one

* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate

* Previous experience in catering, hospitality, ward hosting, food service or customer service is desirable

* Good communication skills

* A professional, caring and respectful approach

* Reliability, punctuality and flexibility

* Ability to work well as part of a team

* Right to work in the UK
