We have exciting long-term roles available in Secondary schools across Leicester starting in September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your teaching career in dynamic schools that will support you through your induction year and beyond.

We are seeking dedicated NQTs who are ready to teach KS3 and KS4 students and make a positive impact in the classroom. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive school environment and is committed to helping students build confidence and achieve their best in lessons. You will be expected to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that inspire students to develop a love of learning, while supporting them in reaching their full potential.

We have an exclusive agreement in place with the Lionheart Academies Trust amongst many other Leicestershire based schools, which have a huge demand for day-to-day teachers on a regular basis.

To be considered for this position Aspire People you will need to have the following:
UK QTS (due to obtain)
Relevant teaching experience across KS3 and KS4 (this can be through placements)
An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or wiling to apply for one)
Excellent Communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that challenge and inspire students.
