Power BI Developer | Hybrid | Inside IR35 | £300 - £400 | Newcastle or Manchester

We’re currently looking for a Power BI Developer with a strong focus on data visualisation to join a project within a UK government environment. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, user-friendly dashboards and reports, helping stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions. This is a hybrid role working 2/3 days per week in the Newcastle or Manchester office. Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is required

Key Responsibilities

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

Translate business requirements into clear data visualisations

Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs

Ensure best practices in visual design, usability and performance

Support data modelling and transformation where requiredKey Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Power BI (essential)

Proven track record in data visualisation and dashboard design

Good understanding of DAX and Power Query

Experience working with stakeholders in a delivery environment

Exposure to data modelling / reporting best practicesDesirable

Previous experience working within UK Government / Public Sector

Familiarity with secure or regulated environmentsSecurity Clearance

Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is required
