TeacherActive is proud to partner with numerous secondary schools across Chepstow and is currently seeking Cover Supervisors based locally to provide consistent, high-quality support within our school network.

Role Overview

Cover Supervisors are essential in maintaining classroom continuity on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While lesson planning and preparation are not required, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are crucial to the role.

Key Requirements

• Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months relevant experience
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
• Proven ability to manage behaviour effectively and sustain student engagement
• Flexibility to work across different departments and age groups on a daily basis
