Job Title: Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver

Location: Goole

Contract Details: 6-month fixed term (with potential to extend)

Salary: 15.17 per hour (OT over 40 hours paid at 150% of base rate)

Shifts: 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm rotating

Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver, you will:

• Safely operate forklifts to move goods within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for despatch
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Use warehouse systems, including SAP, to record stock movements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily productivity targets

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to health & safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Valid FLT licence (counterbalance preferred)
• Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems

Technologies:

• Forklift operation
• Warehouse management systems (SAP)
