Monday to Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm

My client is recruiting experienced Hoist Operators to join a major construction project in Norwich. With up to 35 weeks of work available, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position on a busy site where your skills will be valued from day one.

• £21 - £22 per hour, depending on experience

• Up to 35 weeks of continuous work

• Monday to Friday schedule no weekend requirement

• 10-hour shifts providing excellent weekly earnings

As a Hoist Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of personnel and materials across site, helping to keep operations running smoothly and ensuring work progresses safely and on schedule.

• Operating the site hoist safely and efficiently

• Transporting personnel, equipment, and materials throughout the site

• Carrying out daily pre-use checks and reporting any defects

• Monitoring the safe operation of the hoist throughout the working day

• Communicating effectively with site management and operatives

• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures

• Reporting faults, incidents, or potential hazards promptly

• Valid CPCS Hoist Operator card (essential)

• Previous experience operating hoists on busy construction sites

• Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements

• Reliable and professional approach to work

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a site team
