Key Responsibilities
• Work with engineers and product managers to gain a deep understanding of the product and documentation requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is tailored to its intended audience.
• Create tutorials to help end-users utilize various observability tools effectively.
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Develop and maintain the information architecture.
