As a Junior Applications Developer and Data Analyst, you'll be a key player in our centralised ICT data support team. This is more than just a support role-it's a launchpad for your career in tech.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the ICT team with data management, analysis and reporting to drive smarter business decisions.
• Work with tools like enterprise technology relational database platform, Python and business intelligence platform to uncover insights and build visualisations.
• Develop your skills in full stack development, including frameworks like web application framework.
• Collaborate across departments to understand their data needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Assist your manager on cross-functional projects, helping to build strong relationships with internal clients and ensuring high-quality delivery.

What you'll bring
• We are looking for someone with a keen interest in IT, data and development, who's looking to build a career in this field.
• Qualifications: You'll have GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C or above) and an A-level in Computer Science, Information Technology, Maths or a related field.
• Technical Skills: An interest in programming languages and frameworks, such as SQL, Python, R and web application framework.
• Experience: An interest in and some exposure to data analysis and/or database management.
• Core Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a keen interest in continuous learning and improvement.
• You'll be a team player, with strong communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks but retain attention to detail. An analytical mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach will be key to your success in this role.
