Skills and Experience
You are naturally analytical, curious, and detail-oriented. You enjoy finding meaning in data and want to build a career in financial analytics.
You will ideally have: A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software and a strong interest in data analysis.
Curiosity to learn SQL, business intelligence platform, Python, or R.
An understanding of financial statements and key performance metric

Role Overview
£42K–£48K a year
You will be part of a small, supportive team responsible for analysing financial data and providing insights that help shape business strategy. This role offers hands-on experience with real financial datasets, regular collaboration with senior analysts, and a clear path for professional growth.
Your main responsibilities will include: Collecting, cleaning, and verifying financial data from multiple internal systems.
Producing reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators.
Identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in financial data.
Supporting projects such as forecasting, variance analysis, and budgeting.
Working with finance and operations teams to interpret results and present findings clearly.
