Role: Release Manager

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Release Manager (8 - 12 years) to lead software release cycles for a large-scale cloud-based platform built on Java application framework and Microservices (public cloud platform). The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, planning, and technical skills to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage release timelines and dependencies
Coordinate across Dev, QA, Ops, and Product teams
Mitigate risks and manage change processes
Oversee public cloud platform cloud deployments and ensure compliance
Drive CI/CD automation and process improvements
Monitor releases, report metrics, and resolve issues
Manage release calendar, merge validations, and CAB presentations
Lead Go/No-Go calls and post-release reviews
Maintain documentation and ensure audit compliance

Preferred Skills:
public cloud platform certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect)
containerisation tooling, container orchestration platform, and monitoring tools experience
Strong architectural knowledge (event-streaming and messaging platform, public cloud platform DMS/container orchestration platform/SCT, infrastructure-as-code tooling, ECS)
