Clearance Operative

Location - Burton Upon Trent

Hourly rate - 13.00 - 16.00 per hour (depending on payment type) + a company van

Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week

Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Clearance Operative to work within their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Job duties required for the Clearance Operative position

• Clearing out empty properties
• Filling up skips with waste and materials
• Assisting trades with moving furniture
• Cleaning the rooms once they are empty

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Full UK Driver's license
• Experience with labouring and cleaning duties
• Willing to carry out a basic DBS check - We will support with this
• Asbestos awareness certification - preferred but not essential
