• Previous experience working as an LSA within a Primary School setting
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting children's learning
• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Registration with the EWC
• Willingness to complete safeguarding training and our compliance process

• Roles available across Primary Schools in Barry
• Flexible working patterns from 2 to 5 days per week
• Competitive pay from 95 per day, with increases dependent on client rates, experience, and qualifications
• Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
