No previous school experience? That's okay. If you've worked with children or young people in any capacity, or have transferable skills from childcare, support work, coaching, care, youth work, or customer-facing roles, we can help you take the next step into education.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Assist teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment
• Support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and key learning skills
• Support children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable
• A positive, patient, and caring approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

• Competitive daily rates of £85.50 - £93 per day
