Location: Various sites (travel required)
Contract: 3 month rolling contract
Rate: 30 per hour (Umbrella) / 21.88 per hour (PAYE) - flexible for the right candidate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Heating Engineer to join our client on a 3 month rolling contract, supporting the delivery of high quality maintenance services across housing stock and corporate properties.

Working under the direction of a designated Repairs Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of heating maintenance and repair works. Your role will be key in supporting ongoing service improvements within the organisation's property portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out heating repairs, installations, and maintenance in line with works orders
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Supporting the delivery of responsive and planned maintenance services
• Travelling between sites as required

To be considered, you must hold the following:

• Relevant technical qualifications and accreditations:
  • CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, CENWAT1, MET1, HTR1
  • Range Cooker certification
  • Unvented Hot Water certification
• Current Gas Safe registration
• Full UK driving licence (essential - travel to multiple sites required)
