Are you looking for a fresh teaching challenge in September 2026? Whether you thrive in a bustling mainstream Secondary School environment or you want to make a profound, therapeutic impact within Alternative Provision (AP), we have the perfect placement for you across Lancashire and Blackpool.
We do things differently. For all our long-term supply assignments, you will be paid to scale from Day 1, ensuring your hard work, experience, and qualifications are fully recognised and financially rewarded from the moment you step into the classroom.

Urgent subject needs: Science (all disciplines), Mathematics, English, Humanities, and MFL.
Teach small, focused groups of young people (aged 11-16) who are outside of mainstream education.
Utilise trauma-informed teaching methods to re-engage students with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Focus heavily on building relationships, core life skills, and functional skills/GCSE delivery.
Ideal for teachers looking to step away from rigid tracking metrics and move into a holistic, rewarding environment.
Fair Pay: Paid to scale from Day 1 (aligned with the Teachers' Pay Scales, MPS/UPS).
Guaranteed Continuity: Secure a stable, long-term placement for the full academic year starting September 2026, with clear temp-to-perm pathways.
Hyper-Local Roles: With partner schools across every single Lancashire and Blackpool postcode, we match you with a school on your doorstep to slash your commute.
