Construction: Site Cleaner

Location: Central Bournemouth

About the Role

We are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Cleaner to join an active construction site team in central Bournemouth on a long‑term basis. You will work through the recruitment agency PSR and be assigned to a reputable construction company. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, tidy working environments and who is comfortable working on live sites.

Key Responsibilities

Daily site cleaning: sweep, mop, remove debris, empty bins, and maintain welfare areas.

Waste management: segregate and dispose of general and construction waste in line with site procedures.

Sanitation: clean and restock site toilets, canteens, and drying rooms.

Hazard control: report hazards, remove small debris safely, and assist with keeping walkways and access points clear.

Support tasks: assist site teams with ad hoc cleaning and basic site housekeeping duties as required.

Compliance: follow site rules, health and safety procedures, and attend site inductions.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: previous cleaning experience preferred; construction site experience advantageous but not essential.

Attitude: punctual, reliable, physically fit, and able to work independently.

Safety awareness: willingness to follow site safety rules; site induction and PPE will be provided.

Right to work: eligibility to work in the UK.

Availability: long‑term commitment; flexible to work standard site hours with occasional early starts if required.

Desirable: CSCS card or site pass is a plus but not mandatory.
