The Role
As the Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the integration of a major nuclear defence site improvement Programme. Your daily tasks will include managing document control processes, maintaining SharePoint and Teams sites, coordinating governance meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will produce reports, maintain trackers, and support project delivery activities, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and policies.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Proven experience in document management, stakeholder engagement, and administrative coordination within a security-sensitive environment
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages, including SharePoint, Teams, and Project
Familiarity with project governance and reporting processes
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities effectivelyDesirable skills include managing successful programmes, risk analysis, and understanding of military or defence operations.
