Revit MEP Coordinator - Building Services Projects

London Hybrid Working (1 Day Office Per Week)
35- 40 per hour
3-Month Contract Extension Potential

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple building services projects within a busy and collaborative MEP consultancy environment.

This Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex MEP models, resolving technical challenges and working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality BIM solutions across a variety of live projects.

The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will join an established BIM team, supporting several projects through key delivery stages while collaborating with engineers, designers and project stakeholders.

The Role

As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you'll be involved in:

• Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models across multiple building services projects
• Managing Stage 4 and Stage 5 project coordination activities
• Supporting clash detection and model coordination reviews
• Updating models and drawings in response to design changes and project comments
• Working closely with mechanical, electrical and public health engineers
• Producing accurate construction information and technical documentation
• Maintaining BIM standards and project model quality
• Supporting the successful delivery of multiple concurrent MEP projects

This Revit MEP Coordinator position offers exposure to a varied project portfolio within a collaborative and technically focused BIM environment.

What They're Looking For

• Experience working as a Revit MEP Coordinator, BIM Coordinator or Revit MEP Technician
• Strong Revit MEP capability
• Experience coordinating building services models
• Good understanding of BIM processes and MEP coordination workflows
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working alongside multidisciplinary design teams

Experience within commercial, healthcare, education, residential or other large-scale building services projects would be advantageous.
