Are you an experienced M&E Supervisor looking for your next contract within Facilities Management?
We're recruiting for an M&E Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a large NHS estate in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of multi-skilled engineers, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of a busy healthcare environment.
You'll be responsible for supervising engineering activities, managing contractors, and driving high standards of compliance and service delivery across the site.
The Role As M&E Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric services.
- Manage engineering resources, subcontractors, and CAFM systems to ensure effective service delivery.
- Review and develop Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes to maximise asset performance.
- Monitor compliance, performance, and maintenance standards across the contract.
- Support financial management, including resource planning, invoicing, and contractor performance.
You To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- A recognised Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Experience supervising engineering teams within commercial, healthcare, or public sector environments.
- Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and building services maintenance.
- Experience using CAFM systems and managing subcontractors.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
