• Support learning through play as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
• Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
• Promote children's communication, social and emotional development as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
• Support early literacy, numeracy and creative learning as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
• Follow safeguarding and welfare requirements as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or within an early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach
• Commitment to supporting children's development and wellbeing
