We are currently recruiting for two hardworking Yard Operatives to join a very busy site. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role requiring a strong work ethic and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

• Picking and sorting materials on a conveyor belt
• Shovelling and general yard duties
• Sweeping and keeping work areas clean using brooms and tools
• Cleaning and carrying out basic repairs on machinery
• Supporting overall site operations to ensure efficiency and safety

• Previous experience in recycling, construction, or a similar outdoor/manual labour role
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of heavy manual work
• Good communication skills
• Safety boots are essential

• Must have own Safety boots but other PPE provided
• On-site parking
