About the Deputy Head of Year role:

This Deputy Head of Year role is ideal for an experienced and dedicated senior leader who is committed to driving high standards and supporting whole-school improvement. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to go the extra mile to ensure the best outcomes for students. This is a full-time position with full leadership responsibilities. In return, you will be paid in line with your experience and leadership scale.

The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Deputy Head of Year to support in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Year. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the school s vision, supporting staff development, and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the Year group. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team.
