Protocol Education is looking for proactive and caring Teaching Assistants to join welcoming nurseries across Worcester Park. This role is perfect for TAs who love supporting young children, enjoy getting stuck in, and bring consistency, energy and a willingness to learn every day.

• Support children through play-based learning, routines and daily activities • Help create a warm, safe and engaging environment where little ones can thrive • Encourage communication, confidence and early development • Work closely with nursery staff to keep each day running smoothly • Bring a positive, hands-on attitude to every shift

• Experience working with children or a genuine passion for early years • Proactiveness and the confidence to use your initiative • A willingness to learn and grow within nursery settings • Consistency, reliability and a nurturing approach • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
