Teaching Assistant

The Role: Full-time Teaching Assistant position supporting pupils across the primary age range Working closely with class teachers to support learning and classroom activities Providing targeted support to pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assisting with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons Supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development Helping to create a positive learning environment throughout the school in Hounslow

The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential SEN Teaching Assistants are strongly encouraged to apply Graduates considering a future career in teaching are encouraged to apply Positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children Strong communication and teamwork skills Passionate about helping pupils achieve their best
