Job Description

Prospero Teaching is looking to appoint reliable and conscientious Exam Invigilators to support schools across North London during forthcoming examination periods. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within an educational environment, whilst enjoying flexibility in your working hours.

• Supervise candidates during examinations, ensuring all regulations and procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Distribute and collect examination materials, including question papers and answer booklets.
• Assist in seating candidates according to the allocated seating plan.
• Report any incidents or irregularities to the Examinations Officer or Invigilation Lead.
• Provide appropriate assistance to candidates in accordance with examination guidelines.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow clear instructions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Previous experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
• An enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is essential - assistance can be arranged if necessary.
