Best Time is recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading distribution company based in Basingstoke.

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll help ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently throughout the distribution centre. Your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading trailers
• Receiving deliveries and placing stock into the correct warehouse locations
• Breaking down pallets and transferring products into cages or designated storage areas
• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Manual handling of goods and using warehouse equipment where required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
