Supply Chain Planning Analyst
From £48,000 to £60,000 per annum + Benefits

Our client is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Planning Analyst to optimise and oversee intricate supply chain operations within a dynamic and diverse environment. Operating in a sector that bridges retail and technology, this role is pivotal in ensuring efficiency and accuracy across both retail and online channels.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various teams to analyse sales data and market trends, forecasting demand effectively across divisions.
• Develop strategies to manage inventory efficiently, avoiding overstocking or stockouts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Optimise the supply chain by identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions, while working closely with suppliers and logistic partners.
• Use data analytics tools to generate detailed reports and track performance metrics, providing insights that help improve strategic decision-making.
• Manage future sales planning projections and month-end estimations to support the organisation’s goals.

Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in supply chain management, particularly in demand planning and forecasting within a retail or FMCG business setting.
• Demonstrable knowledge of advanced planning techniques such as S&OP and capacity planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft spreadsheet software, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in a consumer technology retail environment is highly beneficial.
Qualifications:
• A background in merchandising, logistics, or a related field is expected, supporting the analytical demands of this role.
