Location: Ellesmere Port

Salary: 95 - 105 per day (Accrued holiday pay included)

Start Date: September Term (Pre-September supply work available)

Hours: Standard School Hours/Morning School Hours, Monday to Friday

Our agency is actively recruiting a skilled 1:1 TA in Ellesmere Port to manage specialized, one-to-one pupil interventions starting this September in one of our key partner schools. This role demands a dedicated practitioner who can seamlessly implement tailored support plans, track behavioural or developmental progress, and maintain excellent standards of classroom practice.

Schools rely heavily on the expertise of a focused 1:1 TA in Ellesmere Port to bridge the gap between curriculum demands and a pupil's individual capabilities.

Targeted Skillsets Required

We are mapping out talent for various placements in this lovely school stretching from EYFS through to KS2. Successful candidates must demonstrate proven experience or specialized training in:

• ASD Support: Implementing visual timetables, managing sensory overloads, and utilizing de-escalation strategies.
• SLC Needs: Delivering speech and language interventions and using communication aids.
• Medical Needs: Providing tailored assistance for specific physical or medical conditions under school frameworks.

Pay Structure & September Launch

This contract offers an excellent daily rate of 95 - 105 per day (pro rated if on morning roles). While the main fixed-term contracts commence in September, we are currently bypassing the summer lull by placing candidates into high-paying daily supply roles immediately.
