Core Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain enterprise resource planning platform Compensation and Benefits modules including base pay, merit, bonus, allowances, and benefits plans.
• Ensure accurate configuration and data integrity during annual compensation review cycles and open enrollment processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
This role requires experience with enterprise resource planning platform HCM configuration in the compensation and benefits functional areas as well as strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Role Summary:
