Inbound Customer Service Advisor

As a the organisation Customer Service Advisor you will join a team who deliver exceptional customer service every single time! You will focus on ensuring our customers receive information on services we provide, taking inbound customer queries by phone, email, or live chat and maximising our customers sales when responding to customer queries too!

What will you be doing?
• You will take inbound calls from customers.
• You will learn about our products and offerings to have great conversations with our customers
• You will spend time understanding the customer needs and recommend that will improve the customer experience
• You will be a part of a team who strive for the best customer satisfaction whilst also having fun along the way

• Effective communication with the ability to build rapport and influence difference audiences using the most suitable channels for the best outcome
• Resilient nature, able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst also completing accurate work with great attention to detail
• Initiative to effectively collaborate with the business – meeting high standards of customer service and satisfying targets
• The ability to empathise and understand our customer needs, and a passion to listen and discuss opportunities to our customers
