Cover Supervisor - Join a Supportive School Network

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You'll be:

• Supervising pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment
• Supporting students to stay on task and complete their work
• Working across a variety of mainstream secondary schools and specialist provisions

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have previous experience working in schools (essential)
• Are confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour effectively
• Have a calm, professional presence and strong communication skills
• Are reliable and committed - with availability for 4-5 days per week preferred
• Can adapt quickly to different school environments
