Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of supportive and welcoming primary schools. We have both long-term opportunities starting in September, as well as flexible day-to-day supply roles available.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates, or individuals looking to gain experience within education.

• Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 classrooms
• Opportunities may involve working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant supporting individual pupils, or as a general classroom TA supporting the wider class
• Work closely with class teachers to support learning and development
• Provide one-to-one and small group intervention support where required
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Support classroom behaviour and pupil wellbeing

• Previous experience working with children or within schools is desirable
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
