We're looking for a Job Share Primary Teacher to join a supportive school this September. This role is ideal for experienced teachers or ECTs seeking a better work-life balance while still making an impact in the classroom.

• Deliver engaging lessons as part of a job share teaching arrangement
• Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to ensure continuity
• Take responsibility for planning, preparation, and assessment
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a primary setting
• Confident in planning and delivering lessons
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
