Job Description

Earn £200 per day as a Floor Layer working on long-term planned works projects with consistent workloads and straightforward installs. With vinyl flooring work only and no additional trades required, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced operatives looking for ongoing contract work.

You'll be joining a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance projects across domestic properties. The work is organised, consistent, and focused solely on flooring installations, allowing you to maximise your earnings and work efficiently.

As a Floor Layer, you will be:

Installing vinyl flooring within domestic properties

Completing planned works installations to a high standard

Preparing floor surfaces before installation

Working independently across scheduled appointments

Maintaining excellent workmanship and customer service standardsI’d love to speak to anyone who has: 

A Blue CSCS card

Previous experience working as a Floor Layer

Your own van and tools

Experience within planned maintenance or social housing environments
