The role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as the face of TA for both candidates and Hiring Managers. You will manage our remote and on-site assessment processes while ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
In this role, you’ll partner with TA Specialists across Technology, Corporate Functions and Early Careers to optimise their recruiting activity, while also working closely with the TA Operations Manager on data analysis, reporting, procurement and relocation activities.
• Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Managing assessment processes, ensuring tests and interviews progress as planned and any changes are rapidly addressed
• Scheduling tests and interviews for a range of roles across the business
• Managing the diary for our interview room suite, ensuring bookings are correct and rooms are presentable at all times
• Being a super user for our ATS (enterprise resource planning platform) and CRM (customer relationship management platform) systems, acting as a first line of support for the TA team
• Delivering an elite candidate experience, ensuring that candidates have a seamless onsite and remote interviewing experience
• Being the face of the TA team for candidates and interviewers alike, giving you exposure to stakeholders across the organisation
• Performing ad-hoc project work for the TA team
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A proactive approach with an ability to build relationships and influence
• The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities at once and escalate issues where necessary
• An eye for spotting inefficiencies and improving processes
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and spreadsheet software
• Experience working with ATS and CRM systems a plus
