Purchase Ledger Clerk

An experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join our client’s growing, fast paced business near Northampton.
AAT study support is offered with this role, if required.
You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and taking ownership of the purchase ledger function as part of a small team. Key duties will include:
- Dealing with and resolving queries from suppliers
- Maintaining the day-to-day purchase ledger
- Processing supplier payments
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Foreign currency transactions
- Month end reporting
You should have at least 3 years purchase ledger experience, ideally including foreign currency, be IT literate with excellent organisation and communication skills. Experience of MS Office 365 would be advantageous but not essential.
