Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Aylesbury
Start Date: September 2026
Hours: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £90–£120 per day
Young learners may not always express their needs in words.
They demonstrate them — and you respond with care and expertise.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s development, learning, and daily routines within a nurturing and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support children during play-based learning activities
Assist with early literacy and numeracy development
Help maintain daily routines and smooth transitions
Support behaviour management and emotional growth
Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff
Prepare and organise learning materials
