We are currently recruiting experienced Paediatric A&E Nurses to join our agency team for flexible shifts in Redhill. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled nurses looking for competitive hourly rates and the flexibility to choose shifts that suit their schedule.

Pay Rates (per hour)

* Weekdays: £25.00

* Nights & Saturdays: £32.00

* Sundays & Bank Holidays: £37.00

Role Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to infants, children, and young people presenting to the Paediatric A&E department.

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

* Respond effectively to acute and emergency situations.

* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.

* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

* Provide reassurance and support to children and their families throughout their care.

Essential Requirements

* RSCN (NMC Registered).

* Recent Paediatric A&E experience is essential.

* Confident working independently in a busy emergency department.

* Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.

* A compassionate, professional, and patient-centred approach.

* Right to work in the UK.
