QA Assistant (Batch Record Reviewer)

Location: Petersfield

Contract: 6-month contract

Hours: 06:00-14:00 or 07:00-15:00

About the Role- QA Assistant

We are currently seeking a QA Assistant to support our Quality team on a 6-month contract within a regulated manufacturing environment.

This role focuses on the review of batch documentation to ensure products are manufactured and recorded in compliance with GMP and internal quality standards. It is a fast-paced, detail-driven position where you will work closely with Production and Quality teams to support timely batch release activities.

Key Responsibilities- QA Assistant

Review batch records and associated documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Check production records including cleaning logs, temperature reports, and test documentation

Support batch release by ensuring all documentation meets required standards

Work collaboratively with Production, Assembly, and Compounding teams to resolve discrepancies

Escalate documentation issues and support deviation investigations where required

Ensure compliance with GMP and company quality procedures

Perform SAP transactions and maintain accurate system records

Contribute to KPI tracking and continuous improvement activities

About You

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Comfortable working in a busy production setting or regulated industry

Basic IT skills (SAP experience desirable)
