SEN Teaching Assistant 

Camden | September Start | Full-Time, Long-Term

We are a leading education agency partnering with a highly supportive and inclusive primary school in Camden, and we are looking for a passionate, committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Role

Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role starting September 2026

Long-term position with potential for permanent opportunities

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN

Support children with needs such as autism (ASC), ADHD, and speech & language difficulties

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies

Help create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and support engagement

Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social developmentWhat We’re Looking For

Experience working with children with SEN 

A patient, resilient, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils

Ideal for psychology graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced TAsThe School
