Pay: £90 £120 per day

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children s development, learning, and daily routines within a nurturing and structured environment.

• Support children during play-based learning activities
• Assist with early literacy and numeracy development
• Help maintain daily routines and smooth transitions
• Support behaviour management and emotional growth
• Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff
• Prepare and organise learning materials

• Children feel supported, confident, and engaged
• Learning experiences are consistent and effective
• Classroom behaviour is calmer and more positive
• Daily routines are followed smoothly and reliably

• Patience, empathy, and understanding
• Excellent communication skills
