Interim Managing Director - Transformation & Operations
Location: Scotland (within an hour of Edinburgh)

My client is seeking an experienced Interim Managing Director to lead thier business through a significant period of transformation. This is a hands-on leadership role for an accomplished executive who can drive operational improvement, deliver commercial results, and lead organisational change with confidence.

The successful candidate will bring:

• A proven track record of leading business transformation and change programmes.
• Strong commercial and operational leadership experience, with the ability to improve performance and profitability.
• A solid understanding of business systems and IT-enabled process improvement, using technology to enhance operational effectiveness.
• The ability to engage, motivate and lead teams while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• A pragmatic, results-oriented approach with excellent decision-making and execution skills.
