Digital Product Owner

Salary£60,000 - £66,000depending on experience

The organisation is a FTSE 250 global high precision metrology and healthcare technology group, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are embarking on an exciting website and e-commerce transformation programme to enhance user experiences and drive our digital presence to new heights.
To help realise this vision, we are seeking a talented Digital Experience Product Owner to join our team.
This pivotal role sits within the organisation’s Web Experience team, where you’ll be driving meaningful change across our global websites. With a strong customer-first mindset, you’ll lead product delivery squads, championing both business and user needs. You’ll be instrumental in enhancing the user journey, accelerating improvements, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with our conversion goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy in line with business goals.
• Create and maintain a roadmap that outlines the prioritised features, enhancements, deliverables and own the success for assigned website digital products.
• Manage and prioritise the DX product backlog in alignment with commercial KPI's and wider business requirements, balance the delivery of customer-facing features with technical improvements and debt.
• Organise requirements following key agile frameworks including user story mapping, epic & feature hierarchies, feature injection user story writing, pivoting and prototyping.
• Champion user-centric design principles, working closely with UX/UI designers to ensure exceptional user experiences.
• Define the acceptable levels of quality for product development (avoiding gold-plating where possible) while championing iterative, incremental delivery.
• Collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers and QA engineers to deliver high-quality digital products that support and align to project delivery budgets and commercial KPI's.
• Own all primary internal and external stakeholder engagement and communications which includes effectively communicating product updates, progress, and any changes.
• Define, manage and prioritise all release and go-live dates for assigned products.
Key requirements

• You will be a strong communicator and collaborator with a hunger for learning about the

• Experience of working with agencies and managing relationships.
• Experience of benchmarking / best practices for product delivery
• Excellent organisational skills
• Use of marketing analytics / behavioural analytics packages / making measurement part of every development
• A self-starter / entrepreneurship encouraged
