Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in the Corby area.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students both inside and outside the classroom to help them reach their full potential

• Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences

• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required

• Assist pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs

• Help maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment

• Support the preparation of classroom resources and learning activities

• Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of students

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have experience working with children or young people in any setting

• Are patient, caring, and committed to supporting student progress

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Are adaptable and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Have a genuine passion for education and child development

• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one
