Electrical Design Engineer

South East London | Circa £350/day | Long-Term Contract | Outside IR35

A Railway Infrastructure Contractor is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to support the delivery of TfL / London Underground infrastructure projects across multiple projects in London.

You'll be involved in the design of electrical systems including containment, lighting, small power, cabling, earthing & bonding, and electrical circuitry, carrying out site surveys, electrical calculations, and producing installation designs in line with industry standards.

Essential Requirements

Electrical Design Engineering experience within commercial or industrial projects

Proficient with Amtech/Trimble

18th Edition

Experience producing electrical calculations and installation designsDesirable

Dialux experience

Railway, TfL, LU or Network Rail project experience

Previous site-based background as an Electrician in the past would be advantageous but not essentialPlease note: Candidates with purely domestic experience will not be considered.
