Admin Coordinator - Transport

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting for an admin assistant / coordinator to join the team at EVRi Barnsley.

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am - 6pm

Location: Barnsley, S74.

Job Type: Long term, ongoing.

The role:

Ability to speak with drivers and clients on site and over the phone
Track vehicle movements, communicating with clients of any delays or issues
Brief drivers on their job and route for the day
Debrief with drivers
Provide direction to drivers that require it
Other admin duties as required

The requirements:

Good georgraphical knowledge
Ability to use microsoft applications with minimal support
Ability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
